Step 1. To update your theme you need to download its latest version from your ​

Step 2. Using an FTP client, login to the server where your WordPress website is hosted.

Step 3. Using FTP Client, upload the folder with the theme overwriting all the theme files.

Note: Always update ONLY parent theme and NEVER update your child theme. Updating child theme will result in all your customisation done in child theme lost!
